If a child requires medication during the school day it has to be prescribed by a doctor with a pharmacy label showing dosage.  An parent/carer must complete a form (available from the Office). These medicines will be kept in the office under lock and key. Medicines that require refrigeration will be kept in the designated fridge in the office.

CHILDREN MUST NOT BRING THEIR MEDICATION INTO SCHOOL.  IT MUST BE HANDED IN AND COLLECTED BY AN ADULT.

CHILDREN MUST NOT KEEP ANY MEDICATION, INCLUDING PAINKILLERS, THROAT SWEETS ETC, IN THEIR BAGS OR ON THEIR PERSON.
